We have introduced regular exercise classes to Dardanup!
These classes are designed to be accessible for everyone aged 12 - 155yrs! Whether you have a chronic injury, in a wheelchair, limited mobility, training for a marathon, are fit & healthy but want a safe place to work out or need a place to bring your kids along with you. Book Now |
This group class will predominantly be mat work, getting your day off to a great start. We will be working our whole-body using body weight and dumbbells.
Low impact level, this class is designed to be beginner and intermediate level, however we can accommodate all levels. When: 9am Monday, Thursday and Fridays, 2pm Mondays and Thursdays, 5pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays Where: Dardanup Community Centre, Little St (down the side path and out the back) |

Low impact workouts designed to improve your upper and lower body strength and flexibility using functional movements. This class is completely customizable for everybody regardless of injury status, age or ability.

Stepping it up a notch with a box fit workout for our Thursday evening class. Medium - High impact as we want to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! Completely customizable to every BODY, injury or fitness levels.

What is the cost?
The class fee is $20 for a casual pass, $15 if 10 passes are purchased at once. If you have a concession or seniors card, the rates are $15 and $10.
Payment can be in the clinic or at the class with cash or card.
Yes! you can bring the kids along (to any class)
Just bring them a mat, some toys or a snack and pop them down. Classes are indoors so you can exercise stress free.
What to bring & wear
You can work out in anything, so long as it's comfortable & allows movement. We do ask that you have covered sensible shoes on.
Bring a water bottle, exercise mat (or large towel) and a sweat towel.
What if I have no experience?
You don't need any experience to come to our classes.
