Payment is appreciated at the time of your appointment.
Concession rates apply to seniors and health care card holders, please be ready to present your card.

We understand that in life we all need to expect the unexpected. However, due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and "no shows" we now have to implement a cancellation policy.
We will send appointment confirmation emails out at the time of booking, and then reminders via email and SMS the day prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with more than 24 hour's notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hour's notice or do not show to your appointment, please be aware we reserve the right to add a 50% appointment fee charge to your account. We really hope that a reduction in last minute cancellations and no shows mean we do not have to charge a deposit when you book your appointments. |
